the act of choosing; the right, power or chance to choose; a variety from which to choose; an alternative
We always choose, even not choosing is a choice. The deciding factor is whether we come from fear or from love. Life is a gift, and we can bring our acceptance, light and creativity, or our resistance to ‘what is’ in this moment. One choice creates liberation, the other, suffering.

Intention
It is up to me to choose the attitude I have in any given situation. Whenever I experience uncomfortable emotions, instead of turning away and avoiding them, I can meet and embrace them, knowing that I am not the emotions, but the greater consciousness that is aware of them.
