These terms govern your use of the Yantra Deck website at yantradeck.com, operated by Vayu Publishing (“we”, “us”). By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them.
What the Yantra Deck is
The Yantra Deck is a tool for reflection, contemplation and personal insight. Readings are not predictions, and nothing on the site is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Please seek a qualified professional for those needs.
Your account
You need an account for spiral readings. Please keep your sign-in secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 to create one.
Free accounts and membership
- A free account includes a limited number of spiral readings and saved readings, as shown on your Account page. Drawing single cards and browsing the deck remain free.
- Membership costs $10 per year (plus any applicable tax) and includes unlimited spiral readings and saved readings.
- Membership renews automatically each year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; you keep member access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Payments are non-refundable, including for partial years, except where the law requires otherwise. If something went wrong, email us and we’ll make it right.
- We may change prices or what’s included. Price changes apply at your next renewal, and we’ll tell you in advance.
Your content
Your reflections belong to you. You allow us to store and display them to you so the service works. We don’t publish them or share them with other users.
Our content
The Yantra Deck cards, artwork, card texts and book content are © Vayu Publishing, created by Karl Schaffner and Maya Deva Adjani. You may use the site for your own personal practice, and print or save your own readings. Please don’t copy, republish, sell or scrape the deck’s artwork or text without written permission.
Fair use of the site
Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break its security or limits, no automated access or scraping, no reselling access, and nothing unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Ending your account
You can stop using the site anytime and ask us to delete your account at support@yantradeck.com. We may close accounts that break these terms. If we ever discontinue memberships, we’ll refund the unused portion of any paid year.
Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running well, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above, and for significant changes we’ll notify members by email. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
