So much of what we learned was about pleasing others. To accept ‘what is’ and ourselves, ‘the way we are,’ we must have unconditional love and forgiveness, both for ourselves and others. Then we are open to the possibility of change and growth. When we totally accept ourselves, we are ‘in the flow’ and create more love and peace in the world. We are complete as we are.
Inquiry
What aspects of myself do I find difficult to accept?
Intention
I frequently give myself reflective time of stillness that allows me to experience peace and love. Embracing the moment and all it contains, I bring peace into every interaction.
