In stillness, listening to the mind, we notice that the majority of our thoughts are repetitive and driven by the ego’s need to reconfirm its importance. It takes courage to look deeper, directly at our fears. By becoming the observer and accepting them as just fearful emotions, they lose their power and free us up for love instead. Honesty strengthens trust in ourselves and others.
