To live with integrity means to have sound moral principles, honesty and sincerity. We need to revisit where we stand frequently, as the ego will use endless strategies to hook our attention and maintain its agenda. By living with integrity we return to our center of being over and over, we invite all the blessings of the universe and we gift all life.

Intention
In my practice I observe my thoughts and examine their validity and truth. Without judging, I notice where the ego-mind is creating arguments for its agenda. Simply observing these thoughts, they lose their power.
