Now
being anchored
at the present time, at this moment; at once; then; next; given the situation, with things as they are
The present moment is the only reality there is. The thinking mind, dominated by the ego, will always attempt to focus on something in the future or the past and/or outside of ourselves. In order to bring us into the present moment, we can use exercises that direct our awareness on our breathing, on our body and its aliveness. Breath, being ever-present, is our main connection to the spiritual and the more we know how to use it, the deeper our experience will be.
Inquiry
How do I relate to Now?
Intention
Observing my breath instantly brings me into presence. The more I consciously dwell in the now, the happier I am. The happier I am, the more I love the now.
