One
being all
the number expressing unity or designating a single unit; a single person or thing; being a single thing or unit; characterized by unity; forming a whole; united
To see oneness is accompanied by the paradox of experiencing individual bodies that seem separated. Expanding beyond the body we experience a truth that surpasses the thinking mind.
Inquiry
How can I experience unity?
Intention
I allow the paradox of being in a body while experiencing oneness with all: realizing every being is a living extension of the source.
