Surrender
allowing
a giving up of possession of or power over; a yielding; an abandoning
Surrender, like gratitude, has an enormous effect on the quality of our experience. When we can allow ‘what is’ to be as it is, we experience a feeling of peace and en-lightening. Letting go of attachment to a particular outcome, we trust our ability to meet whatever life brings with presence and objectivity.
Inquiry
What am I clinging to?
Intention
Observing my breathing, I realize that I am not the doer. I live in a state of receptivity, letting go of the need to be in control.
